Here’s some comments and pics from Dave Specter
Groovy gigs in Arizona this past weekend with stops at Union Public House in Tucson and The Rhythm Room in Phoenix.
Thanks Eric Charles and Amy Virnelson for the hospitality and putting the band together. Sheryl Youngblood and I are most grateful. Cool to see Bob Corritore and hadn’t been back at his club since I played there with Lynwood Slim, Larry Taylor and Richard Innes. Photos courtesy of Michael Kardas and Amy Virnelson. Thanks to old friends, family and everyone else who came out to the shows.

And more comments about the show!
I would like to thank both Dave Specter and Sheryl Youngblood for coming out to the Rhythm Room in Phoenix, Az. There Chicago Blues Show was a top notch performance. Dave’s guitar work and Sheryl’s singing and dancing on stage was so fun to watch and listen to. Was a real treat to meet both of them personally. And also thanks to Amy Virnelson and Eric Charles of The Livewire Blues Revue for putting this show together. They are both great musicians and singers besides the promoter of this show. Thanks again for what was a very enjoyable afternoon.
and from our friend, BLUES BYTES editor and BLUES BYTES Radio DJ, Bill Mitchell!
