In spite of the pandemic Delmark Records put out 11 releases, increased many fold its digital distribution, streamed several live performances and supported Delmark artists own live streaming sessions.

Jimmy Johnson’s 92 second birthday live stream with his band from Delmark’s studio was attended by around 80 thousand blues lovers in over 60 countries.

More VINYL: now ALL the Delmark bestselling albums by Junior Wells and by him with Buddy Guy, and the ones by Magic Sam and Otis Rush are again available on VINYL.

Delmark artists keep receiving some of the most important music awards, a lot of radio time and great reviews from all around the world amidst this difficult situation.

Delmark Blues Community facebook page is blossoming and the label is committed to developing a similar Delmark Jazz Community page.

Delmark continued increasing its new Delmark Classics series with an album by one of the top classical guitar players in the world. Welcome Eduardo Fernández to Delmark’s family.

The sad, tragic notes, were the untimely passings of Delmark artists Joseph “Mojo” Morganfield and Big Doowopper. Their music is alive and we are committed to preserve their legacy.
