All orders are shipped from Chicago IL (ZIP code 60618) via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and on the weight of all items ordered. For some orders, including Reel-to-Reel Tape products, USPS Priority Shipping may be available.
You will receive a confirmation email from Delmark upon placing your order and another when your order has shipped. If it’s been less than a couple weeks since you’ve placed your order and you’ve not received an email notification that your order has been completed, it’s likely we’re backed up and we’re still working on your order. If it’s been longer than that, feel free to ask and we’ll update you.
Each shipment will have a tracking number that can be used to monitor its delivery. Once we’ve put an order in the mail, the matter is out of our hands, and all questions and concerns should be directed to USPS or your country’s postal service.
