After joining Linsey Alexander’s band, Rodio went on to build an international career as a bandleader and recording artist. His Delmark releases showcase his love of classic Chicago blues, soul, jump blues, R&B and funk—and his guitar and vocals bring that experience straight into Electric Soul Company. WILL JACOBS Chicago-born Will Jacobs is a guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and producer with an international rĂ©sumĂ©. A Berklee College of Music graduate, Jacobs has toured extensively and performed with artists including C.J. Chenier. His playing brings together blues, funk, soul and R&B, making him the perfect musical counterpart to Rodio. And plenty of Delmark artists taking the stage. Saturday featured Shirley Johnson & the Delmark All-Stars featuring Dave Specter. Then Johnny Iguana performed with headliner Stephen Hull! Sunday brought the Bob Corritore Blues Review, featuring Bob Stroger, Billy Flynn, Willie Buck and Oscar Wilson, plus performances from Demetria Taylor & Her Bad Boys and more.
