From March 6-9, 2025, the vibrant city of Cleveland will come alive as we honor the incredible contributions of Women Of The Blues music at the inaugural Women of the Blues Festival.
Hosted at the historic Treelawn Music Hall in the Waterloo Arts & Entertainment District, this festival promises four unforgettable days of music, art, and inspiration!
What to Expect:
Live Music: Experience the soulful sounds of celebrated artists including Carlisle Guy and the Nu Blu Band, CHRISTINE and her band Justice, Lynne Jordan performing Nina Simone, and a special Sunday ‘Legacy’ Brunch celebrating Women Blues Legends presented by Teeny Tucker.A Q & A with Marion Diaz (daughter of Little Walter) & “Keeping The Legacy Alive Awards” presentation by Lynn Orman curator of Women Of The Blues: A Coast To Coast Collection. Followed by The Teeny Tucker Band. Hosted by Danita Harris of WKYC channel 3 & founder of the S.H.I.N.E Foundation.
