Once a commissary, feed & seed store on a plantation in Webb, MS. It was moved to Clarksdale, MS in its current location in 2005 where it served as a Bed & Breakfast, then artist live work space. Hooker Grocer was opened in November, 2018. \n\n\n\nClarksdale is considered the “Birthplace of the Blues” with live music 365 days a year. We contribute with live music on our small intimate stage area several nights a week. Our outside courtyard will hosts full bands on weekends and during festival season. We thrive in celebrating the music and rich cultural history of Clarksdale.\n\n\n\nIf you are interested in renting our lil shack for a private event, we can do that.
