This program is made possible by a grant from the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events with funding from the Walder Foundation.\n\n\n\nSaturday September 4th on Rockwell Ave. between Irving Park &amp; Berteau (4121 N. Rockwell)\n\n\n\nFeaturing:\n\n\n\n1pm – Donna Herula &amp; Harlan Terson\n\n\n\n2pm – Mike Wheeler Band\n\n\n\n3pm – Liz Mandeville\n\n\n\n4pm – Soul Message Band + Geof Bradfield\n\n\n\n5pm – Michael Frank &amp; Paul Kaye\n\n\n\n6pm – Dave Weld &amp; the Imperial Flames\n\n\n\n7pm – Delmark All Stars Band: Bob Stroger, Willie Hayes, Billy Flynn, Roosevelt Purifoy with special guests Jimmy Johnson, Jimmy Burns, Linsey Alexander, Willie Buck, Sharon Lewis, Demetria Taylor, Dave Specter &amp; more!!\n\n\n\nThe Rockwell Street Blues &amp; Jazz Stroll will be a truly collaborative music and cultural festival with the Rockwell Corridor neighborhood &amp; its businesses; spearheaded by Delmark Records, Earwig Records, Rockwell Business &amp; Residents Association (RBRA), Alderman Martin (47th ward), and the North Center Chamber of Commerce.\n\n\n\nThe festival will occur outside and virtual September 4th from noon to 6pm and will be kicked off by a large group photo by Robert Jr. Whitall (Big City Rhythm &amp; Blues magazine) – in the style of Maxwell Street.\n\n\n\nThere will be two performing stages, solos &amp; duos on the Delmark patio, 4121 N Rockwell St. Chicago, IL 60618 and bands inside the Burning Bush Brewery, 4014 N Rockwell St. Chicago, IL 60618.\n\n\n\nThe local dog businesses and other vendors will participate, and CHIRP radio will present interviews from its studio.\n\n\n\nThis festival will be a joyous, unifying factor for the neighborhood, and hopes to emulate the musical atmosphere of the old Maxwell Street, across from the historical Delmark Records Riverside studio.\n\n\n\n–Two stages &amp; dozens of musicians, culminating with the Delmark All Stars band and blues luminaries\n\n\n\n–First annual Rockwell Street Stroll, highly anticipated for many years\n\n\n\n–Large group photo of blues &amp; jazz musicians by Robert Jr. Whitall (Big City Rhythm &amp; Blues) at noon Sept. 4 kicks off the event\n\n\n\n–“Happy to Have the Blues” art &amp; photo exhibit by Robert Jr. Whitall on display in the Delmark Gallery\n\n\n\n–Vendor tables including: Delmark Records, Earwig Records, Wang Dang Doodle Tees, Stay/Found/Heal, CHIRP radio, and more…!\n\n\n\nParticipants: Delmark Records, Earwig Records, RBRA, 47th ward, NCOC (North Center Chamber of Commerce), Wang Dang Doodle Tees, CHIRP radio, Burning Bush Brewery\n
